Hello Pie Lovers! My name is Krishnaveni I am South Asian Indian from the Caribbean and I have been a pastry chef in the Los Angeles fine dining culture for over 20 years. There is very little Indo-Caribbean food let alone pastries available in Los Angeles. With the Covid shut down and loss of employment across the restaurant industry, I decided to bring Indo-Caribbean food flavors to LA. My African American husband and I decided to become small business owners. With the help of my mom and our son. We run LA County Health Department licensed Home Cottage Bakery. We are making fusion pastries from South Asian Indian Jamaican/ Caribbean culture and my Childhood growing up in Los Angeles. South Asians for Black Lives.
