History
We began serving up our creative fusion flavors all over the San Francisco Bay Area on a Food Truck since 2011. The Truck is featured on the two Food Network Shows: Diners, Drive-ins & Dives and Eat Street. With our fans' strong support , we opened our first restaurant in 2014, further allowing us to offer new KoJa sandwiches, specially fries, and desserts.

KoJa (aka Korean-Japanese) is a special gourmet sandwich infused with a unique combination of Korean & Japanese flavor step it up a notch, KoJa Kitchen substitute traditional wheat buns with freshly made crispy garlic rice buns. We take what is best of both cuisines and reinvent them in a way that is fun and delicious to eat for our KoJa Kitchen fans.
