KMTV15 is the public access channel for the residents of Mountain View, Los Altos and Cupertino that gives community members the opportunity to produce and broadcast their own shows. The station aims to showcase news about local events, city governments, sports and businesses. KMVT15 also provides workshops to teach residents how to create their own programs.
