Cary Kletter has been practicing law since 1996. He worked for a fifty attorney law firm in New York and then decided to move to the Bay Area in 2000 and began practicing employment and real estate law here. Cary was an attorney with an established law firm in San Francisco and then in 2004 started his own firm. Rachel Hallam has been practicing law since 2017. We have a full staff of contract attorneys, law clerks, paralegals and administrative staff. We try employment and real estate cases.
Specialties
We are experienced civil trial lawyers who handle employment and real estate matters. We represent executives and employers in employment cases including wage disputes, wrongful termination, misclassification, class actions, Long Term Disability Appeals, litigation under ERISA and more. We also handle real estate and trust litigation, such as quiet title cases, partition actions, failure to disclose defects, financial elder abuse and other types of real estate cases. We try cases in Federal and State court as well as before various administrative agencies, such as the CA Labor Commissioner (DLSE). We also draft purchase and sale agreements, severance agreements, leases, employee handbooks and other legal documents. We also represent clients in sexual harassment and sexual assault cases at work.
