KidsFitZone was created to motivate and inspire children to have a balance lifestyle with their education and fitness. If we start during their early age, this will build a great foundation to their future. This is why we wanted to implement three fitness activities to be part of our program: Yoga, Martial Arts, and Calisthenics. Yoga brings balance with their body, mind, and spirit. It promotes calmness and kindness. Jiu Jitsu challenges them mentally and physically which helps build their self-esteem and confidence. Calisthenics is a daily exercise to help build balance, control, and strength. With our program, not only are fitness activities implemented in between their study time but also tutoring assistance is available to help them with their homework and provide enrichment activities. With a tutor, it will help children succeed in school.
