I had been leading lovable yet disconnected teams into lovable & successful leaders for many years. When the time came that I needed to strategically think about what direction I wanted my life to go, it was pretty clear I enjoyed developing people into strong leaders. I believe wholeheartedly that work should be enjoyed, it should provide a sense of pride and fulfillment. Leadership has an incredible impact on that. I now help leaders create this environment, which ultimately reduces turnover, increases morale, and allows for contribution. This all leads to a healthy workplace and a healthier bottom line (and a lot of happier people).
