Small Group Training/Semi Private Personal Training for women Core High Intensity Interval Training/Tabata Functional Strength and Conditioning Class is designed to get your heart rate up and tone your muscles fast with an amazing full body workout. Learn to work with your body weight, resistance bands and pilates balls. We will also assess, measure and add in the support of other women in the class and this is a winning combination. Bring a mat and towel and get ready to sweat! Space is limited to 8 women, at least 18 years of age and up.
