History

Family owned & operated since 1995. Third generation carpenter Dave Konstantin started the company with his wife Ruby Konstantin, his step-son Chad Gardner, and his daughter Dalen Konstantin. Even Dave's sister Janet Poutre helped develop K-Co Construction, Inc. Dave passed away and Ruby Konstantin retired. Dalen got married and moved to Oregon. So Chad Gardner has been running the company for several years now.
