HistoryDelta Fitness is run by a sole proprietor, Denise Gittens. I have worked in this industry for over 20 years. I began in the 1980's in a gym named Dennis Nelson. During that time, I birthed two children working there and have been an advocate for exercise no matter what your situation. As time went on, I branched out to various gyms along the peninsula from Cupertino to San Mateo.
