Jerry's Market is located in a historic section of Culver City. The building is one of the bungalow homes that were used as temporary housing for the famous movie stars of the MGM studio in the 1920s. Currently the studio is owned by Sony, and Jerry's is the canteen to the people who work there as well as the neighboring offices and residents.
Jerry knows everybody and everybody knows Jerry. He's famous for his breakfast burrito and the daily food specials he posts on the deli menu. Otherwise, the usual snacks, sodas, lottery, beer and wine may be found at this "on the way home," store on Higuera Street.
