HistoryIn 1972, Arco commissioned AC Martin Powers to design these twin towers- 52 stories currently called City Plaza and / or The Paul Hastings Tower. The Building used to houses the ARCO headquarters as well as one of the Bank of America offices. Outside on the plaza is a red helical sculpture called Double Ascension by Herbert Bayer.
