Jazzercise San Ramon Premier Fitness Center opened September 1, 2011 after many years of offering classes through the San Ramon Parks and Rec department. Since that time, we have grown from 17 to 36 weekly classes, and our certified instructor team has grown to 15. We have a solid hardwood floor floated on the best carpet pad available to give you a great floor to dance on that is also good for your joints. We are proud of our very welcoming community. No mater your age or fitness levels, you are sure to get a great workout, have fun, and get results!
Specialties
Burn up to 800 calories in one fun and powerfully effective 60-minute total body workout. Every Jazzercise group fitness class combines dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles. Certified instructors train every year to master the Jazzercise method, which fuses cardio, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and, of course, the demanding forms of dance. Come on.
