If extra muscle work is what you're looking for, try our Body Sculpting class at 8:15 a.m. on Saturday mornings. You will push your body with specially crafted strength training routines designed to fatigue each muscle group. Follow that with our Regular 9:00 a.m. Jazzercise aerobics class and you will set yourself up for a great calorie burn all weekend long!
