History
Since I started in 2001, I have seen fitness take a different direction in terms of what is going to have the best results. What started out as machines being the ultimate tool has now turned into more functional movements, which are movements you use in everyday life. These movements have become more popular and are simulated in the gym by using free weights, barbells, medicine balls, kettle bells, etc. Studies have shown that in order to build yourself into the most well rounded, high functioning machine, programs are now designed around full body movements. I truly believe that the hard work you put in at the gym will allow you to live a fulfilling life outside of it. I have worked with clients through the years and have seen all the different phases of fitness. My experience has enabled me to find the best way to develop a program that will fit your lifestyle and give you all the tools necessary to gain discipline and achieve your goals.
