Very poor customer service. Never returns phone calls or texts and finally makes an appointment and never shows up. Then does not return follow-up calls. Who needs this aggravation.

Now one thing. If they would overhang the drip edge by the required 1/2 inch then water wouldn't run off the rafter ends.
