Already explained my situation and she continues to insist her assumptions with no evidence. Why am I paying her to harass me???

About 5 hours later on a busy workday, I get a violation letter based on an assumption & unsubstantiated complaint. No details no nothing.

My HOA has used them for years, never had an issue. Recently we had a major flooding in out club house, they really stepped up during the crisis, I'm impressed.

bad service, over charged, building unmanaged, Bad communication. The building was very unmanageable, due to the fact of damage already there.
