Management has received complaints regarding their 6615 E PCH Ave where one tenant is threatening other tenants, makes noise at 3 am, and throws glass. They state nothing can be done. Do not rent...

Do not answer in emergencies, round-the-clock renovations and drilling --literally out to take as much money as humanely possible from your hands. Rent elsewhere. This company sucks.
