HistoryThrough the traumatic experience of losing my husband, I found myself guided to letting go of my 30+ year career in finance and re-starting as a life coach. After my husband's death, I found myself connecting to people and having meaningful, heartfelt conversations. Many family members and friends suggested I consider a career as a counselor or life coach after seeing the success I was naturally having with people...and that's when my new career began! While I was getting my certification as a life coach, I was also guided to get an advanced certification as a clinical hypnotherapist. This gave me the tool to help the people who are deeply rooted and stuck in their ways and beliefs. Since then, I have also become a certified Quantum Energy Master to help people process and shift emotionally charged situations in order to return to a calm and peaceful state.SpecialtiesLife happens! I've helped clients overcome health challenges such as weight, eating healthy, mental blocks from exercising, releasing physical and emotional pain from the body, trauma, phobias, eliminating allergies. I've also helped entrepreneurs with blocks to making money or having financial wealth & abundance, feelings of not ever having enough, fear of public speaking, fear of starting, running and growing a business, fear of success, chronic disorganization.
