Inspire Charter Services (ICS) is a non-profit, instructional and operational support organization for charter schools in California. ICS originated as a charter school opening in 2014 and has since evolved into a support services provider. We believe in schools that provide choice for families, innovative and customizable business services, and top-notch customer service.

We specialize in partnering with homeschooling charter schools and are passionate about providing high-level academic supports, creative program development, and operational efficiencies ranging from compliance, governance, facilities, and finance so that school leaders and staff can focus on students and families. ICS was born of a desire to create a workplace where educators are respected as professionals and students and their unique learning pathways, passions, and dreams direct our course.
