Situated just a few blocks away from the Ignacio Boulevard ramp to Highway 101, Ignacio Gardens is a very convenient apartment complex for commuters, while still maintaining the quiet nature of Novato. Town homes and two-bedroom apartments are available at this fairly large complex, which is complete with a swimming pool and lots of reserved covered and uncovered parking spaces. This part of Alameda Del Prado is residential, with individual homes opposite the complex, but it is very close to the Del Prado Shopping Center and Pacheco Plaza Shopping Center, making running errands a cinch.
