Vino Tabi Winery

Vino Tabi is one of six wine-tasting storefronts in the Santa Cruz Vintners collective located in the Swift Street Courtyard. Like its neighbors, Vino Tabi -- which means "wine journey" in Japanese -- makes small-batch wine from local grapes. It specializes in single-barrel wines and educating new winemakers. You can produce your own label here as you learn the process from professional winemakers who make themselves available to talk about the process and share stories.
