We work daily with commercial real estate leasing companies updating their units to lease by reverting spaces to vanilla shells, or providing tenant improvements, working with the property owner and incoming tenants to design and build spaces to fit their specific needs. Our construction company has done numerous work to maintain a number of buildings in both Oakland and San Francisco and our specialty work with hotels and restaurants both in San Francisco and Oakland's like 'The Henry Robinson Hotel' and 'Bay Area Community Services.
