History
As the owner of The Homebody Professional Pet Sitting Service, I always felt an affinity with animals. I grew up with pets. My first job as a teenager was cleaning runs for a kennel. Years later I expanded my vocational expertise training as a Animal Health Tech in a Veterinary hospital. In 1989, a friend told me she saw an ad in San Diego about a petsitting business. She said that would be perfect for me. I realized there was a need locally for pet owners to have an alternative to a kennel or boarding at pet hospital. In 1989, I established; The Homebody Professional Pet Sitting Service. Recently, I received a certificate in Pet CPR at the Red Cross. Currently, I have become adept with helping owners with various behaviorial issues with dogs.
