History
I started Herb'n Vegan in 2014 after decades in the hotel and restaurant business. I've explored almost every facet of vegan cooking opportunities from personal chef, to line cook, to caterer, to teaching vegan cooking classes. All have been fun, but my goal is to reach as many people as possible with my food and the notion that plant-based foods are as delicious and satisfying as anything else, and that consuming meat and dairy should be a choice, not a habit. Through my delicious lunch delivery menu, I'm aiming to inspire people to incorporate more plants into their diets without sacrificing flavor.
