老板是一对老夫妻，一看就是做了几十年的样子，运营模式也是很老套，连自动转账，电子交易什么都没有，只能付现金或支票。但是，老板人非常好。我们要存放的是一个挂车，加上我朋友不是很熟悉拖卡倒车泊车，整整倒了半个小时，老板全程高能帮忙，非常有耐心，我都快发火了，老板全程都心平气和想要租的朋友们，打电话询问前要先弄清楚自己房车的年份和型号大小，老板是要根据这些信息来决定有没有空位的。

I've rented here for a couple of years. Yes, a lot of the vehicles along the sides are old, some of the Rvs are old, so I don't see why the other reviews said they won't. Mine was 10 years old....

It seems to be a bit rundown and in an industrial part of town, yet they won't accept older motorhomes and RVs for storage. Apparently that would hurt their image.
