Havoc Designer Consignment Boutique is a women's clothing store and consignment shop. The store sell all varieties of apparel including shorts, dresses, sweaters, jackets and shoes. For over 20 years, Havoc has been located in the Village of Laguna Beach. They specialize in high-end designer label fashions. Over 50% of their merchandise is brand new and is sold around 70% of retail prices.
