History
I started doing bodywork in March, 1993 and continued my studies of different modalities over the past 20 years. I have worked with babies, children and people as old as 92 in that time span with a wide range of abilities and disabilities, injuries and chronic illness. I became a student of Hatha yoga and Meditation in September, 1993. I have studied Ananda, Iyengar and Anusara Yoga practices. My teaching focuses on breath or Pranayama, alignment, and core stabilization to promote health and well being uniting Body, Mind, Emotions and Spirit.

21 years of experience in massage and bodywork including Acupressure, Intuitive energy balancing and consultation, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Range of Motion and Stretching, Thai and Barefoot Shiatsu, Prenatal massage. Hatha Yoga group and individual instruction and Yoga Therapy Hatha Yoga classes: Wed. 5:30pm-6:45pm
