Kitchen Academy

The Kitchen Academy in Hollywood is affiliated with Le Cordon Bleu and offers cooking classes by professional chefs. The Academy's 30-week diploma course in professional culinary arts teaches students proper culinary skills in food preparation, meat fabrication, sauces, soups, baking, patisserie, and more. There's a coffee shop, a demonstration laboratory, four teaching and food preparation kitchens, a dining room, and a library. Classes begin January, February, April, May, July, August, October and November. The tuition fee is $18,000 per 30-week program. The Kitchen Academy is located within the Arclight Theatre complex.
