History
Hangtown has a deep history in Placerville. Rick Hoskins started doing pest control in 1968 in the Sacramento area. He had a deep love for the hills and the backcountry of El Dorado County. He moved to Placerville and started Hangtown Pest Control. Hangtown Pest Control is one of the oldest pest control companies in the area coming up 30 years since our very first service. Fast forward 30 years and we are still family-owned and proud to be servicing the great people of El Dorado County. We have grown from just Rick and his wife, treating and answering the phones to all the people who have joined us over these 30 years servicing their homes.
