Hamilton Middle School offers education to students in grades seven and eight. Its academic curriculum includes English, mathematics, science and social studies. The school also provides classes in ceramics, calligraphy, communication arts, journalism, drama, music technology, home economics, library assistantship, industrial arts and Spanish. It is a part of the Stockton Unified School District, founded in 1852. The district provides adult education classes on various topics that include Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, business calculation, keyboarding and proofreading. Additionally, the district offers General Education Development test preparation classes. Hamilton Middle School has an enrollment of more than 1,000 students and is located in Stockton, Calif.
