History
In 1999 we started in a garage in Santa Rosa experimenting with alternatives to modern wheat and developing fermentation cultures. In 2010 we moved to our new bakeries -totally separated one for Gluten Free and another for Rye, Spelt and Barley- in Rohnert Park. We sell at the bakery twice a week but you can find us at our retail partners in the Bay Area every day.
