Terrible service. Overpriced. They're so lazy, I had to roll my own dirt out the store. I'd rather go to asian places in south sacramento. 50 bucks for neem oil? You trippin, I'll go walmart.

They do NOT honor their warranty! They will tell you they have an "in house" replacement policy. Just to get your money. But when a supposedly new ballast goes bad after 3 weeks, they tell you...
