Grand Automotive opened its doors in Foothill Ranch in 1999. Before then, Grand Automotive was located in Santa Ana CA on Grand Ave, hence the name Grand Automotive. Since then, Grand Automotive has grown to become a neighborhood Auto Service and Repair facility serving the city of Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita, Trabuco canyons and other surrounding localities.
