Good Shepherd Catholic School offers students in kindergarten through eighth grade a private education -- including religious training, computer training, laboratory science, music instruction and physical education -- in an intimate setting. Other classes include public speaking, outdoor education and conversational Spanish classes (for junior high students).
Students may also participate in Catholic Youth Organization basketball and volleyball teams in the onsite gymnasium, and the school hosts a variety of extracurricular activities and contests.
Before- and after-school care and a daily lunch program are available.
Tuition at Good Shepherd ranges from around $6,000 to $16,000 annually, depending on the number of children a family enrolls at the school and how much the family participates in its children's education through service hours and fundraising events, among other activities. Financial aid is available.
Call or visit the school's website for more details.
