Dr. Gita Patel was born and raised in Southern California and is board-certified in foot surgery. She graduated from UCLA and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physiological science. Shortly after completing her undergraduate degree, she moved to the Bay Area to begin her podiatry training in San Francisco. Sports have always been an interest of hers, so after completing her surgical training, she did a one-year fellowship in sports medicine and surgery at the S.O.A.R Medicine Associates.

Dr. Megan Hom, is a surgical podiatrist at Bay Area Foot Care who is passionate about supporting the local community with their foot and ankle health. Dr. Hom grew up in Orange County, California, but has lived most of her adult life here in the Northern California region. She earned an NCAA Division I softball scholarship and played four years as a center fielder at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California, where she also received her Bachelor of Science in biology. She then went on to earn her doctorate at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland and graduated as the class valedictorian.

Dr. Jonathan Abraham is a Bay Area native and is honored to return home to serve the community in which he grew up. Dr. Abraham is a veteran of the United States Air Force, which took him all over the world. It was through his time in the military that he discovered his passion for medicine and getting people back on their feet. Dr. Abraham is a fellowship-trained foot and ankle surgeon and is a board-qualified podiatrist by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery®. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at CSU East Bay and his Doctorate at the California School of Podiatric Medicine in Oakland.
