Gilroy Presbyterian is a large church complex in the hills of East Gilroy. The church has been around since the 1970s and over the decades, outgrew an earlier location. Sunday service is at 9am (traditional worship) and 10:30am (contemporary worship).

Bethany Community

Bethany is a homegrown Gilroy church located a few doors down from its office. In 2001, the church opened a second campus at 8095 Kelton Street; this campus offers a 1pm Sunday Service. In 2003, Bethany opened another church in Los Banos. According to the website, "Bethany Community Church of God in Christ seeks to be a biblical ministry of excellence designed to encourage life transformation through our threefold purpose: to evangelize, edify and equip the whole person to serve the community and reach the world for Jesus Christ."

Spanish Assemblies of God

The Spanish Assemblies of God offers services on the weekend as well as during the week. On Sunday, the church offers worship and Sunday school. Mondays are reserved for youth services. On Tuesdays, the church holds general worship. Thursday is seminar day. Services are led by pastor Ismael Medina.
