I started in the painting profession in 1982 on the ground floor of a company that became a 4 million dollar a year business. I was a close friend of the owners and made good money running the employees the way they wanted. As the company grew their main concern was more, more, more. The employees were treated well; Gold rings, trips to Hawaii and nice bonus. The problem was the Quality of the work being done for the customers. That's the reason I left the company in 1987 and decided to open a small Quality Painting Company with my name behind it.
