Garcia's Creative Catering, located in downtown Carlsbad, is part of Garcia's family owned and operated restaurant. It has been serving authentic Mexican cuisine since 1960.

With 10 catering vans, no order is too big. Breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are available. Clients can choose from a variety of options including burritos, tacos, chips, sauces, guacamole, and quesadillas. Catering services are available for corporate events, private parties and weddings in San Diego, Temecula and Orange County counties.

For more than 25 year, Crystal Catering has been overseeing social, military, institutional and corporate events in North San Diego County.
