History
Gaku opened in 2010 at the original location of its sister restaurant, Sumiya which is now located in Santa Clara a few miles away. While Sumiya is suited for family and friends with larger groups, Gaku differentiates itself by providing skewers and dishes that pair well with a wide selection of Sake, Shochu, and wines and stay open till midnight for the customers to relax and enjoy in more cozy and private atmosphere.
Specialties
Gaku specializes in Yakitori skewers grilled on top of Japanese charcoals and unique seasonal tapas that cannot be found at any other restaurant.
