After 3 years of learning the ropes, taking on all types of jobs, & reinvesting the money he made back in to the company. he was ready to establish his business. Due to his age he was unable to establish it earlier on but now that he is of age he was able to make it official. After establishing the business Alexander brought on a COO, Kameron J. Trauth. Kameron plays a big role in marketing & management. He was brought on to help grow the company. They became partners after a long discussion that spanned over a couple months after multiple back and forth offers and eventually mutually agreed to the terms.
