Social gatherings such as Christmas dinner are held at the clubhouse, a central building with a kitchen, fireplace and billiard table. Residents can also reserve this facility for personal use, like birthday parties.
A swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and playground are available for daily use. The laundry building has eight coin-operated washers and dryers. RVs and boats can be stored for $50 per month. Security guards patrol the mobile-home park at night.
