History
Since 1971, the Community Health Center has provided a high standard, confidential, and comprehensive medical services to thousands of low-income, uninsured, and underinsured adults and adolescents in our community. Our highly skilled health care professionals ensure quality care to each individual regardless of income, race, ethnicity, age, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin or residence. All confidential services are provided at little or no cost to the client. We provide education and information to prevent unintended pregnancies, reduce high rates of teen pregnancies and sexually transmitted infections, and improve individual's sexual health and well being. We also provide prenatal care to pregnant women. These services include initial physical, regular scheduled follow-up visits, assessments through the Comprehensive Prenatal Services Program (CPSP) and referred to physicians and hospitals for delivery.
