Fresh Splash is privately owned and operated. The collective vision and teamwork of the owners has helped serve the community in a way that it has not been served before. The void that has been filled has been exactly what the city of Bakersfield has needed. How do we know this? Because the people have spoken. Going forward we plan on expanding into other communities to fill that same void! So be on the lookout for more Fresh Splash locations and pop-ups coming soon to a city near you!
