I negotiate wholesale pricing on properties for investors that buy real estate to to sell for a profit. I do the following: -Follow distressed properties -Bid at trustee sales -Coordinate entire remodels from start to finish -Property MGT, tenant lockouts, re-key, vandalism, security -Provide at least two quotes for my investors -Same day BPO's -Notary Public
