History
I started as a Personal Trainer in 2005 at a 24 hour fitness in Southern California. In 2010, I went off on my own and currently train my clients out of Key 2 Fitness in Santa Barbara.

As a personal trainer, I absolutely love helping people achieve their fitness goals. You'll never feel at your very best until you get in the best shape of your life. Here are a few things I tend focus on with my clients: Diet, cardiovascular activity, resistance training, flexibility, balance, core strengthening and circuit training.
