History
The history of the business started from the first moments I spent with my Polish Grandmother and creating foods in her kitchen. I have been compiling the ways of food for years through traveling extensively, food seminars, working closely with small organic farmers, and being A-list actors personal chef for years. Having this back ground and the demand for good food, Foraging Fork found its inception.
Specialties
Over the last 10 years I have dedicated myself to the understanding of food and nutrition application to human health and well-being. For me food and nutrition goes far beyond the table. My clients and I have extended this to the markets, co-ops, farms, and the farmers themselves. This holistic approach is essential to me, my company, and the relationship I have established with my clients. I take great pride in both the relationship I have with my client and the craft I have of being a personal chef, to me they are one and the same. I was afforded the opportunities to cater to the needs of high profile clients and learn valuable lessons and discrete business policies. Since the inception of my business, Foraging Fork, I have been able to incorporate all of my previous work experiences to offer a unique and personalized in-home service to clients that is not just a product but extends beyond the kitchen and table to enrich their lives and empower them to greater health and well-being.
