The Public Works Department is a part of the city government of Fontana in California. The department has the Parks and Landscape Division that offers graffiti removal, maintenances and renovation services. It also provides sewer and street maintenance services through the Utilities and Streets Division. In addition, the Public Works Department offers support services, such as fleet maintenance, street sweeping and trash collection. The department provides recycling programs to manage household hazardous and solid wastes. It operates the Household Materials Reuse Center, which offers fertilizers, household cleaners and polishes, pesticides, pool chemicals and water-based paints.
