At Flippin' Pizza we serve up authentic New York thin crust pies, slices and other goods. We make our dough fresh, daily with 4 ingredients and no fluff. We'reso legit we filter our water like it is back home, 'cause everyone knows its all about the water. We hand-toss our pies, top 'em with 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh ingredients, then cook 'em in a traditional brick oven to give each bite that crispy snap. Now that's what what we call the Flippin' experience. We take pride in our food and the communities we serve.

It all starts with the dough. NY pies come from NY water. Dough made fresh daily, with no oil, no sugar, no high-fructose corn syrup and with filtered water to replicate the water back in New York. It is then hand tossed to create a crust that's authentic, thin and airy. We add our signature sauce, whole milk mozzarella and fresh, all-natural toppings and we're ready to bake the pie to perfection. Unlike the big pizza chains that mass-produce their pies through conveyor belt, assembly-line ovens, our pies are baked in brick ovens to create a crispy, slightly darker crust that our customers crave.
