History
After a student at Tomorrow's Aeronautical Museum finished the program, he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, the museum built a restaurant to help him pursue his dreams. A DC-3 aircraft, which served in WWII, was then turned into a fully equipped gourmet food truck. With an outdoor dining area overlooking the airport runway, it is truly a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
