Fitness Elite for Women is a premier fitness center that launched in 1994. It offers specialized teams of instructors and helpful staff. There is a clean, spacious Children's Center on site so parents can workout. The equipment selection includes treadmills, Stairmasters, Stepmills and cross-training machines. The Cybex equipment is sized to fit a woman's body, and personal instruction is available to develop a fitness program for any level of fitness. Classes include aerobics, yoga, cardio kickboxing, Body Pump and Schwinn Spinning. Locker and towel service, tanning and a steam room are also available.
